'I was quite ambivalent about counselling and really did not know what to expect. I even chickened out the first time I attempted to sign up! However, when having therapy with William, I very quickly felt safe and at ease to speak my mind and talk about various issues which was not something I had experienced before. I have gained far more from this experience than I ever could have imagined and I feel far more confident to face challenges in the future having had this space to address my thoughts and emotions with regards to previous difficult situations. William has a very approachable and kind nature that makes him easy to talk to and he was able to help me understand and reflect on situations to frame them in a manner that specifically made sense to me. I cannot thank him enough for the work that we have accomplished together in my therapy.
