THE THERAPY BUBBLE
ABOUT ME
I'm am an experienced person centred counsellor, I have worked with people who have had a variety of concerns including, anxiety, low self-worth, depression, bereavement, loss, Loneliness, addiction, stress, low self-esteem, problems with life relationships and trauma.
I believe that by offering individuals the ‘right’ conditions they will form a therapeutic relationship and in turn facilitate a positive change within themselves. By attending counselling sessions with me, individuals are encouraged to explore their difficulties within the sessions led and steered by the individual with the counsellor being there to support and facilitate.
I offer a calm, safe, non-judgemental, empathetic, therapeutic service in a confidential space where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and emotions openly, gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and finding their own solution to their issues in the process.
